It
is our sincere pleasure to welcome you to the web site of Drawing Closer
Ministries. We appreciate your interest and trust we can schedule
with your church or event in the near future.
This
visual ministry is truly unique and different. It is humbling to
see the Lord using it so effectively all around the country. The
presentations that are shared are all about one hour in length and are
appropriate for Sunday worship services and/or a longer 'Series' of 3 to
5 days. Each session includes
a different visual Bible message, black light chalk drawing and different
music. Many churches label these
special 'Series' as Revival Meetings. Of course, any ministry or
individual cannot 'bring Revival', only God can do that through the working
of the Holy Spirit. (2 Chron. 7:14) However, many churches have experienced
Revival when exposed to this different type of Revival setting. As
the inspirational picture is being drawn following the visual message,
soft Christian music
is played in the background.
At the conclusion of the presentation the use of special lighting techniques reveal a 'hidden' previously drawn picture within the chalk drawing. This unusual technique combined with the illustrative Bible message will make a positive and lasting impression on those who are present. Many churches have used one of these special 'Series' to encourage visitors to come and to bring friends, neighbors or relatives who perhaps do not normally attend church. It's
best to schedule at least 3 or 4 consecutive sessions. As
a general rule, if people attend the first session, they will attend all
of them.
The
most common 'Series' schedule is Sunday morning through Wednesday evening
making 5 different presentations. If you have any further questions
